INITIAL CLEAN
During this clean we:
- Move larger items of furniture (conditions apply)
- Vacuum thoroughly, including around the edges
- Pre-spot difficult spots and stains
- Apply pre-spray on all heavy traffic lanes and oily and greasy marks
- Use our specialist high pressure, hot water extraction washing process
- Rinse to retard re-soiling
- Apply a protector, to protect against permanent staining and to help keep your carpets cleaner for longer.
Month 12
ANNIVERSARY CLEAN
During this clean we:
- Move larger items of furniture (conditions apply)

We make no additional charge for One Emergency Spot Removal visit in the year.
Free spot removal visit apply specifically to flooring and soft finishing included in your Plan. Spot removal to any other item not included in your Maintenance Plan will be charged for. However you will receive a 20% discount from our normal charge.
20% Discount on any additional work
If you require additional work, which is not included on your Plan, you will receive up to 20% discount.
