Delivery is based on weight of the items.
Shipping is within the UK only.
All orders placed before 12:00pm, Monday to Friday will be despatched that day, all other orders will be despatched the next working day.
Item posted but not yet received
Your order will be sent out by Royal Mail First Class Post or by courier. Delivery should take 1 – 7 working days.
Sometimes delivery may take longer due to postal/courier delays or if an item is out of stock. If your order has not arrived within 7 working days please email us: info@artofclean.co.uk quoting your order number.

If you order has already been shipped, all returns will be shipped on the buyers own cost.
Returns Policy
All our products come with a 30 day money back guarantee. So you can shop with us with complete peace of mind. If there is any reason whatsoever that you are not totally satisfied with your purchase just return it to us within the 30 days for a full NO QUIBBLE refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights. Unfortunately we cannot replace good if the bottles are opened or seals have been broken, unless they are faulty.
Damaged Goods
Please return it to us within 7 days including all packaging. We will then refund your card or send a replacement.
