Rug cleaning – reviews for you!

Rug cleaning is a long process, and after watching our team and how they do it, I have realised that it's not a task to be taken lightly.

If you want to see our reviews, you can skip to the section "what our customers have to say. I will also add a section of other companies for you to compare and pick the right company for you! However, remember to check the end, too, for some other helpful blogs.

Recently I spent a day watching the guys top up their rug training, and the energy that goes into rug cleaning is quite strenuous. You won't need to go to the Gym if you take up rug cleaning as a career. It's like a more smelly version of working out. (And the smells aren't coming from you!)

A short video at the end shows you our rug-cleaning process.

Here are some of the gorgeous rugs we have cleaned in the past:

What our customers have to say:

What others say makes a difference… people usually write a review when they have had a bad experience, so seeing good things is often rare unless you are doing it right.

Reviews are the best way to ensure you find the right company for you. It’s always good to have a comparison, so after you’ve read, check out the next section for you to compare.

Other rug cleaning companies around Cambridgeshire:

Below are a few companies I could find… this was quite hard as there aren’t that many that do rug cleaning, but I hope I have covered a few areas. I especially wanted to find one in the Peterborough area as we don’t cover out that way, and I’m sure you don’t want to travel to far to have your rug cleaned.

Here is a short video of our rug-cleaning process:

Things to think about when approaching a rug company and questions to ask:

Things to think about:

  • How important are your rugs to you? It’s not a cheap process, but if it’s sentimental, the investment will be worth it!
  • Have you got a budget in mind? Always good to have this in your head before investing anything!

Questions to ask:

  • What kind of cleaning methods do you use? It’s good to know they have more than one method, as all rugs differ.
  • Are your methods Eco-Friendly? With the current climate the way it is, this is important now!
  • What kind of guarantee do you offer? A guarantee usually means they are good.
  • Are you insured? You will be surprised how many aren’t.
  • Do they have a collection and drop-off service? Just in case you can’t get out.
