Things to think about first:

• I wrote this article on 18/10/22, so costs may vary if you read this three years in the future… I will try to update every year. However, If the date I’ve written hasn’t changed, please consider this. Our charges will go up with inflation! 
• That means the same rule applies if it was four years ago that we last saw you… however much we would like to keep the prices low, because we honestly would love to help you, we can’t. 
• To clean your house with our top-of-the-range equipment, we do need to be able to park close by as we run the hoses from the van. If that’s not possible, then we need to be able to get the portable out and into the building. If neither is possible, we may not be able to do the job the way we want. Therefore, we would fail in our mission. 
• Our company mission is to deliver the most outstanding service experience ever. Yes, it’s true; you matter more to us than a sale does. Because of our mission, sometimes, no matter how much we would like to, no amount of cleaning will be able to remove a stain. If this happens, we will be truthful and honest immediately. 

For example – If we think your carpet is beyond help, we recommend replacing it. If you have a wood floor that has way too much damage, we recommend replacing it. We would never charge you for a job we know won’t work. We would rather you go somewhere else.

All our technicians are skilled in each service and do ongoing training to keep them updated. We’ve recently updated our rug, stone, and sales training. I’ll pop the blog at the end for you to read.

The cost of living has increased. Our products and running of the vans have increased considerably too.
